Mini Challenge Series Month 1 Week 1: Let's Upgrade our Lives Together!

Welcome to my NEW mini challenge series, where we will upgrade our lives together, and win prizes doing it. 

This month's theme is classic neuroplasticity. This week's focus is using our non dominant hand to brush our teeth. 

Did you know that as silly as it sounds, using our non dominant hand helps to strengthen our neural connections in our brain? It also helps create new ones! Pretty cool right? 

Could it be that simple? Maybe, maybe not, but it's a start. Choosing to do things with our non dominant hand helps take us out of autopilot and into our conscious mind.
