Born in Virginia Beach, Antonio Mills is a Father of 2 girls, married to his lovely wife Catherine. He is a soccer player that loves competitive soccer & International traveler.

February 2021 started with unexplained numbness in one side of body, cold feeling pain that led to sharp shooting pains in one leg as well as other random unexplainable symptoms. This vastly impacted his mental and emotional health as well.

After trying so many different paths of healing, it wasn't until he discovered Dr John Sarno and worked with Jeannie Kulwin and learned all about TMS (mind-body symptoms) that true healing began for him. He started taking action and implementing tools he discovered through Jeannie's 1:1 coaching program, and this journey has taken him places he never thought he would go. He has since gotten a promotion and is loving the work he does. He has been able to resume activity, and even in spite of some lingering symptoms he doesn't have the fear.
