Welcome to my new mini challenge series week 2, where we will upgrade our lives together, and win prizes doing it.
This month's theme is classic neuroplasticity. This week's focus is using our non dominant hand to eat a meal each day.
Did you know that as silly as it sounds, using our non dominant hand helps to strengthen our neural connections in our brain? It also helps create new ones! Pretty cool right?
Could it be that simple? Maybe, maybe not, but it's a start. Choosing to do things with our non dominant hand helps take us out of autopilot and into our conscious mind.
This challenge can benefit everyone - so invite your friends and family to join the fun. My vote is to especially rally whoever you sit down with for dinner so they can do it too!
Be entered into a drawing for a prize giveaway at the end of this month for your participation. Details on HOW to WIN - INSIDE week 1 episode.
