Simona recommended me to write you about your podcast. I would love to talk with you!

I am an artist since I can hold a pen and it has since then been the constant in my live that has again and again been the point of healing for me.

By now I am self-employed as an artist and at the same time am giving workshops on painting intuitively, learning to trust yourself via becoming creative, activating your inner resources by realizing how much creative power each and every one of us has, on how blockages we resolve with becoming creative often have strong parallels to other activities in our daily live.

Before I started my business I was working as a software-architect and ended up being depressed. I‘ve been through 2,5 years of therapy by then. The end of my previous job in It, the final good bye to my therapist and moving back to my home country, all happening at the same time, led me, together with feeling super miserable, to start the activity that has been most healing throughout all of my life.
