February 2021 started with unexplained numbness in one side of body, cold feeling pain. Mental and emotional health affected. Spend a year going through doctors no diagnosis given. Functional and nutritional doctor acupuncture red light therapy , hot cold therapy . November 2021 found work of John sarno and worked with Jeannie and learned the TMS work. Then taking action and working on myself. Daughter got into daycare in the last year I got a new job and a promotion 3 months ago
