Drew Coverdale MSc BSc MCSP is a physiotherapist in the UK and author of The Pain Habit with over 25 years of experience treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions. He has a Master’s degree in manual therapy and worked in the NHS, private practice, and as a university guest lecturer at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His particular interest in persistent pain involves writing, research, and clinical practice. Today we have a deep dive into Drew's book, what inspired his book, what the pain habit actually means, and lots of things mind-body.
