When she was 18, she was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. At 27 it was Addison’s disease and at 30 it was POTS. She understands the struggle of searching for answers and wants to save you time and frustration so that you can focus on the more important things. Her clinical experience, her board certification as a trauma-informed nurse coach, and her ongoing self-education and study allows her to bring you the latest information and research.
