3: Interview w/ Ashley Lauren, Director of Rewiring Your Wellness

I am so excited to share this chat with you all today. Ashley is a beautiful soul with passion and purpose. Through her healing journey, and in response to the experiences we have gone through in 2020, Ashley created and brought together a group of amazing people to host a free virtual rewiring retreat.
