Today's guest is Jacob Collins. He shares with us his healing adventure over this past year. What starts out as Covid leads Jacob into a whole world of healing potential he didn't know existed previously, despite already dealing with major stomach issues, chronic back & neck pain. Post Covid Jacob was left feeling extremely fatigue, and as he searched for options he discovered DNRS, a brain retraining program. At this point he had NO idea that he would also find freedom from his chronic back & neck pain, plus his stomach concerns. However, along the way he began to realize that his healing potential was so much greater than when he initially embarked on this journey. He shares with us all about this past year as he navigated his way through the brain retraining program, the use of somatic experiencing, and how he practices feeling safe in his body everyday, plus more.
