Just want to say thank you for having Connie on! She was a huge part of my recovery after long covid seriously affected me. I can’t thank her enough for the stable, safe and constant environment she provided through groups. She was a safe container for the chaos that was gong on in my mind and body and my recovery really took a dramatic leap forward when I joined her groups. When she admitted to lying to her Dr.’s about MCAS I felt that so strong bc I did the same thing. So precious to hear that and have that normalized. Great interview Chaz! I am always impressed by your ability to ask questions that we all are thinking.
